Payment Modes
1) We accept Internet Banking (IB) from DBS/POSB Accounts, ATM transfer and Paypal payments.
2) If you’re making payment via ATM, please provide a clear snapshot of your receipt for verification purposes.
3) Strictly no interbank transfer.
Order Confirmation
1) Item(s)/slots(s) will be reserved for you for 24 hours from the receipt of invoice. If payment is yet to be received after 24 hours, we will put the item(s) back for sale/release the slot(s) and your account may face the probability of being backlisted for future purchases.
2) Once payment is verified, no cancellation of orders will be allowed unless under unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING
Customers can choose either meetup, normal postage or registered postage as their preferred distribution method.
Meetup
Venue of meetup will strictly be at Bukit Batok Mrt and is subjected to my availability.
Postage
1) All local delivery mails are handled by SingPost.
2) We will not be responsible for any lost mails. Hence, registered postage is highly recommended which is an additional of $2.24 on top of the normal postage rates. Please refer to http://www.singpost.com/send-documentparcel/registered-article.html for more details.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All sales are final. Sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange unless defective. Postage incurred will be self-borne.
